A week-long celebration of Independence Day at the Cambridge International School ended with the Hoisting of the National Flag and the screening of a Patriotic movie “Aazadi”. The initiative for the screening of the movie was taken by 7 Assam regiment. As we gear up to celebrate the 76th Independence Day, it is crucial to remember the importance of this day, the history of our nation, and the sacrifices our freedom fighters made to gain freedom from the clutches of the British Empire. On this day, the country’s citizens hoist flags while singing the national anthem and cultural parades take place all over the country.
